Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PropertyHost ("the Service"), operated via propertyhost.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PropertyHost provides an AI-powered guest communication tool for vacation rental hosts and property managers. The Service allows you to create a digital assistant for your property that answers guest questions based on information you provide.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

4.1 Plans & pricing

PropertyHost offers paid subscription plans as described on our pricing page. Prices are in Euros (EUR) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4.2 Free trial

New accounts receive a free trial period. No payment is required during the trial. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account will be downgraded.

4.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4.4 Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current paid period.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to PropertyHost (property descriptions, tips, photos, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide the Service — specifically, to generate AI responses for your guests.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content is accurate, does not infringe third-party rights, and complies with applicable laws.

6. AI-Generated Responses

PropertyHost uses artificial intelligence to generate responses to guest questions based on the information you provide. While we strive for accuracy:

  • AI responses are generated automatically and may occasionally contain inaccuracies
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to the system
  • PropertyHost is not liable for decisions guests make based on AI-generated responses
  • We recommend reviewing your property information regularly to ensure it remains current

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or misleading content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service
  • Resell or redistribute access without authorization
  • Use the AI for purposes unrelated to guest communication

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropertyHost's total liability for any claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with reasonable notice where possible. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Alicante, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply.
